When I was younger, I always wanted to travel and the best way to do it was to become an Au-pair. I was looking for a nice German family, where I could find my home for a while and learn German…I always wanted to learn German as I studied this language in school but never ever really had the time to discover this country. I was looking really hard on the internet to find an Au-pair family but I couldn’t find one…however, one family from Vienna reached me out and that’s when the adventure started!

The splendid Belvedere Palace displays the largest collection of works from famous paintings by Schiele. Vienna has probably more museums and galleries of international reputation than you can think of.

What a great time I had! I started to learn Ice skating in Austria during the winter 2013. I had a great time Ice skating with my host siblings and parents…we went a few times a week and we had so much fun. I really advise you to visit Vienna during the winter time but be careful, it can be really cold.
