I always had the intention to do a lot in life but I never really took myself seriously to write down everything I wanted to do. I also never really get familiar with the term “bucket list.” Why do you think you need to create a bucket list before you die?
When I was in Australia
I strongly believe you can do all those things by simply living the moment and doing as you go. As long as you are able to get out of your comfort zone for a while, it’s fine.
Instead of being preoccupied with a bucket list, I thought closely about what I wanted to achieve in life. As you probably realized traveling is one of my goal.
In 2010, I was lucky enough to jump on a plane and go straight to Australia. The experience was less about talking about random stuff but more about enjoying the essence of a great and comfortable life. If in your life, you haven’t experienced a day that could have been your last, let me tell you that it is a weird feeling. It makes you feel good because you know what you’ve done and not, but you are also ready to challenge yourself to move forward.

Why should you be worried if you never go scuba-diving or bungee-jumping? I am never going to do all crazy things in life, it’s impossible… I also realized 6 years ago that many of my friends had different perspectives in life and that I was fine with them. Maybe they’re things you never really want to do, or think of but I guess now we have to do things to feel or prove that we’re alive.
I also had a great time working and traveling in Austria. It was a great experience but as I recall now, I don’t want to do it again. I think you should do things when it feels right for you to do.
Be honest about your life & value
Yes, it might sound silling what I am saying but so many people aren’t fullfilled with themselves. It just a random afternoon with a friend at a park, a nice stroll with a friend along the beach of Galway. For some people, it won’t make them happy but you should fill yourself up with things that make you happy.
To some extent, I am always working hard to create the life I want. It’s hard to change your habits but it’s worth it. I have a sense of accomplishment as I traveled a lot already, I feel like I have achieved great things in life and I have the confidence to be happy. It’s important to realize that it’s good to say when you have enough and want to relax. I love to try new foods, when I’m traveling and meet new people who come from different places but sometimes, it’s good to chill and stay in bed all day.

It’s important to think about what really keep you going and have fun in life.
